 Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return items within 12 days of receiving your package. Please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit or exchanges, provided that the items are returned in their original condition—unused, undamaged, unwashed, unpinned, and unaltered.

Important: Sale items or purchases made with discounts are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned items, you will receive an email within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
